My first 30-day Goal

   I have three goals I want to accomplish for 30 days. I am going to explain the first goal on this first paragraph. During the camp, I have thought about losing 4.4 lbs. Since I use the stairs if there are no space for me in the elevator, I thought about going up the stairs before I eat anything. I was a good plan since my room of GLPS was in the 6th floor and the cafeteria was on the 12th floor. I did a big promise to myself but I won't give up. Another way to lose 4.4 lbs, is to walk to close places instead of using cars, subway, bus etc. There are 2 things that will help if I really achieved it. I will lose weight and I will save money. It costs money to use cars, taxis, buses, subways etc. I hope I don't give up and make me achieve this goal.
